Your complete confidentiality is protected. Please note, that for security reasons, MyTherapy does not store your credit card information, but rather processes it in real-time.

To protect your privacy, we will never contact you by any means to inform you about your account (unless you request this notification). Your payment receipt will be emailed to you immediately following account activation.

The MyTherapy team shall never use, rent, sell, share, or disclose any information supplied by its users to any third party or entity. Your data is stored in our databases automatically and another human will never read your information without your explicit authorization and request. MyTherapy employees are educated about the importance of maintaining user privacy, and will never access user data unless explicitly requested for purposes of providing user support.

When you delete any of your records, your records are immediately and permanently removed from all of our databases and can not be restored. You can remove any and all of your records at any time.

During registration, all operations carried out by you remotely are encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer), hence no one can read the contents of your transmission. Furthermore, all of the data that you enter is protected against unauthorized access. Another human will never read your information without your explicit authorization and request.
