• Refunds are not granted based on particular diagnostic results, or lack thereof; only technical issues qualify for this purpose.

When you open an account, you are responsible for maintaining your login ID and password confidential. You agree that you will not use MyTherapy in any manner that could damage or impair any of its services, computers, servers, software, or network. You agree that you will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services, computers, software, or network used by MyTherapy. You agree that you will not attempt to obtain any material or information not explicitly made available through MyTherapy, or reverse engineer its software code.

You obtain ownership of all your data while accessing MyTherapy with your login ID.

Limited Warranties

You agree that we should not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind to you including, but not limited to, those that may result from temporary service interruptions or delays.
