TextIm new to this and im not sure how to do the posting and the mood calander if somone could help that would be great

Hi Sheryl,
Welcome. The best place to start posting is on one of the boards (Depresion, Bipolar, Schizophrenia) depending on which mood disorder you are wanting support for. People often post a short intro of themselves in the new members section of a board, and then many of the discussions take place on the "General" sections of each board, but there are also specific areas on each board too, along with a social section where people play games, tell jokes etc.
