HI I hired this great guy , his first job, turning 29 yo, he is very polite, however very ackward socially, but very respectful.
I called his mother to get some insight on what he is all about. I thought he might have a learning disability. She told me his father commited suicide when he was 15 yo. she protected him and he never left her side for 13 yearsthey never left the house.
He is now living with relatives and she moved 3 hours away. He is very ackward with other employees. The people he works with are very good, suportive people. how ever he seems very paronoid around them.
Can anyone give me any insight on what I can do for this young man?
