This table records the progress of this non-substance abusing individual treated for Bipolar I Disorder. Each column of this table represents one psychiatric outpatient visit. Every problem seen on each visit is recorded as a colored card (with a face on it). The black card represents depression. The red and pink cards represent mania. The green card represents that the individual was well. Every card, except the green card, represents a significant problem. This table shows that, over the past 3 years, most of the time this non-substance abusing, bipolar sibling was healthy. |
