Dear Members,

In order to increase our membership, we have decided to offer our computerized diagnosis and diaries free of charge for the next 3 months.

Our hope is that our existing members will also avail themselves of these excellent computerized services.

Dr Long, I really want to try this but when I try to log in with my existing user name, I get "user not found".

Should I create a new user name for it?

I have the same problem, only I made the mistake to forget the space btween worried and mind so now i actually do have 2 accounts . is it possible to correct this please for i dont want a repeat from a past issue.
