I am brand new on this sight. From what I have seen about putting a time down, I will see about time on the weekend about 12 noon mountain time. I was diagnosed bi-polar 11years ago and medically retired, with help from a free federal lawyer. I will be able to see what time of the week later on when I can come on to share some of the good and some of the bad experiences I have learned .

a lot of people are all alone for Christmas. They don't have plans to spend with family or friends.
I think maybe it would be nice to schedule a chat for Christmas Day, or christmas eve or something like that. So that those of us who care to can keep each other company.
What do you think everyone? |

I would love to join one of your chat rooms, can I still come in the chat room even if I don't have any problems, or can I chat to other people on the forum and offer support.
I am a mature counselling student who would love to offer my support to other members.I will abide by your guidelines.
If I got it wrong and the chat room is only for people to talk to your support team then I am sorry.
Either way I think your forum is very fantastic, This is a great place for people to express their thoughs and feelings, Keep up the good work
