A COMMUNITY SURVEY OF OUR SOCIAL HEALTH
Psychiatrists have identified 27 social behaviors that predict good social functioning.

In the following community survey, you will be able to anonymously rate your social behaviors. All the answers in this survey will be kept strictly confidential. Only you will see how your social behaviors compare to the average rating of our other community members.

You can only take this survey once.

I am sure that your rating yourself on these 27 essential social behaviors will prove to be very enlightening.

Note: You have to login as a registered member to do this survey.
