Want to leave healthy!! Do all this

Maintain Proper Diet
Exercise Daily
Walk at least 15-20mins in the Morning
Eat Clean Food
Add More Vegetables and Fruits in your Diet
Do Meditation for 5mins in a Day

I think it's great that you are posting all this stuff about health and healthy diet. This is something all of us need to follow.

I know I need to get more exercise and I just trying to figure out how to,incorporate it into my busy schedule.
