I have been to Singapore and their street food is good but too spicy. I ordered a dessert and found out that was spicy too. That is my only compliant.

Southeast Asians love their spices in a different way than other culture and countries. I was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and I love different spices and cuisines.

Hi Dr Long
I love Asia and have travelled there many times but I have never been brave enough to eat street food...there seems to be a direct correlation between my friends who are more adventurous and those ending up with stomach problems...I take travelan as a precaution...but I am very fussy where and what I eat.
Many years ago I saw them harvesting live monkey brains in Singapore...:(
