Cardio was a good choice all that's necessary to do now is tone yourself. Attempt doing lighter weights do not overdo it or you will end up gaining more muscle mass and become bulky. I would suggest cardio plus some weight lifting.

Hi,
Daily at home at least 10 minutes Strength training required for weight loss such as lifting small weights, or doing crunches, sit-ups and bicycle crunches. Also you can do exercise like cardio or yoga.

yes i agree and strength is characterized by the ability to resist fatigue strength in performance and thus to maintain or repeat a percentage of maximum force. When strength endurance is the main dominant of work, training is oriented to develop a specific force endurance as aerobic or anaerobic endurance strength, endurance, explosive strength, etc. http://www.fatlossambition.com/
