Hello Guys, I am 29year old thin man and want to build muscles. I'm a hard gainer and facing this issue since long time. Please recommend me exercise which will help me personally to put on weight and also produce the diet plan if possible.

Hi Garry H,

I would join a gym if you can. They have all the machines and classes that help you to build muscle. I am only joining the stretch and strength classes with additional workouts on the elliptical and swimming.

If I find more specific answers to your questions, I will post back later.

Take care,

You should go to the gym if you would like to build a good body, they have all the equipment there and instructors, but you can buy some equipment or make alternatives if you would like to work at home. If I get some tips from some articles I'll post it here.

I would say in the starting when you join the gym, the body joints pain. But as you will go regularly, you will become habitual.

Stretching exercises and massage therapy can help you to improve the flexibility of your body. If it is practicing regularly, then massage therapy is the best way to relax your muscles and improve the motion. As per the advice of my trainer, I used to get [link to commercial website deleted by administrator: sorry, this is against our rules] massage therapy with the guidance of an expert chiropractor in Toronto. Stretching exercises also have the ability to increase the blood circulation of your body and thereby you can improve your postures and fitness.
