1 sleep is very very important to manage mentall illness
and to prevent other illness

Very interesting. With sleep apnea I was sometimes sleeping in two chunks during the night but it was killing me.

This article says that's how outpr ancestors sleptbin 2 chunks.

Personally I think the 8 hour straight way is the best. I have still yet to get 8 hours straight. I wake still during the night even with treatment but I only get up 3, times now instead of 9 times.


I would love to know what it's like to sleep for 8 hours. I so miss that. I somehow wonder if my medication isn't playing a hand in this too.

Anyhow that was a very interesting read. Thanks for sharing it
