Ok... so, I'm confused...
your first post is a video from WorldTruth... your second says to ban WorldTruth...
Honestly, I've researched a LOT over the past 10 years of my life regarding many of the topics covered in the list of "37 things"...
a lot of those statements have a significant amount of truth to them... but a lot of them are very much on the side of ridiculous conspiracy theory. And honestly, both "conspiracy theory" and "single sentence explanations that are true"... really are only half-truths themselves...
We live in a ridiculously complicated social structure, on a planet with 7 billion people. Most of whom are good at just a few things (if even that), and accept what they are told by authorities for the rest. I call them Sheople... Most because I used to be one.
Most people love to be spoon fed (get all your information from the news on TV?? you're a spoon fed sheople), mostly because it's easier than reading books and looking up information for themselves...
Think I'm wrong?? Pick just one of the 37 statements... Now go and pick four books and two documentaries... Two books on the "conspiracy theory side", and two on the side that makes an attempt to explain that subject from an "expert"... and one of each documentary.
YES, it takes a significant amount of time to look up this information for yourselves.. but it's worth it in the end. After doing this with several topics, you will begin to have a firm understanding of our social structure, how it works, and why everything you are told, and everything you remember is bull****...
You will find that conspiracy theory is only replicated by other conspiracy theorists, and typically, only by theories of the same (or similar) conclusion. You will find that actual "truth" is not only replicated from many different unrelated sources, but that it overlaps into other subject matter.
You will see this same result when comparing real science and pseudo-science. If you don;t know which is which, it will take a lot of research to find the pattern I've described above, but it will become clear after enough research had been done. And you don't need to be a rocket scientist to pick up on it. Also, you will never be convinced by somebody else... You will have to find the information for yourself.
For the record, watching the news on TV is almost as manipulative as conspiracy theory "mock"umentaries. |
