Here Comes Another Afghanistan-Like War To Bankrupt Russia
The 10-Year Russian War In Afghanistan Bankrupted The USSR
Russia lost its ten year war in Afghanistan (1979-89), which caused the USSR to go bankrupt and disintegrate in 1990.
The reason Afghanistan won that war was because America armed them.
Now America is about to arm Ukraine.
Is this all part of a plan to bled Russia dry in another war in which America has "no troops on the ground" - but fights Russia by arming a third nation?
This game of endless war is sick.

Here Is A Counter To All My Doom And Gloom Posts
We May Be On The Verge Of Nuclear War With Russia
This may be the year that NATO and Russia accidentally start a nuclear war.
Last month, there was a Russian nuclear bomber flying over the English Channel with its transponder turned off, so that it was invisible to civilian radar. This would be the equivalent of NATO secretly flying a nuclear bomber over Moscow. What if NATO shot down one of these Russian bombers over the English Channel - would this start a war with Russia?
Ukraine used to store a thousand or two of USSR's nuclear missiles. After the USSR politically disintegrated; Russia duped Ukraine into sending all these nuclear weapons back to Russia, on the promise that Russia would never invade Ukraine. What if Ukraine saved a few dozen of these nuclear missiles "just in case" Russia broke its promise and invaded Ukraine?
Thus there is the possibility that Ukraine could launch a nuclear attack against Russia.
Who can predict what Russia would do if Ukraine nuked Moscow? Russia probably would take nuclear revenge on America and NATO, as well as Ukraine. There Could Be A Ray Of Hope - But It's Mind-Boggling
There now is a mountain of evidence that UFOs are real. Some of this evidence suggests that UFOs have been visiting earth for thousands of years. Yet, in all these years, these UFOs have never harmed earth or its creatures.
So far, the governments of Belgium, France and Britain have published military reports that officially accept that UFOs exist, and are probably of extraterrestrial origin. Thus the question: "will UFOs save us from our pending nuclear annihilation?"
All our wars have proven that there is blessed little intelligent life on earth. Our only hope may be that there is intelligent life in space, and that these extraterrestrials will stop us from killing ourselves.

Increased UFO Sightings Near My Home In Vancouver, Canada
What Do You Make Out Of All These Increased UFO Sightings?
In the past few years there has been a major increase in reported UFO sightings near my home in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (top link). I became much more interested in this topic after I saw a video of a low-flying UFO fly 4 blocks away from my daughter's house a few years ago (bottom link).
Characteristics of these locally sighted UFOs:
- They always are silent.
- They can hover motionless for minutes; then fly away into space so fast that they seem to just disappear.
- They can perform sudden changes in direction (e.g., right hand turns) that would be impossible for an airplane to do.
- They come in all shapes and sizes. One large UFO, seen near a Vancouver suburb (Port Coquitlam), was approximately 1 mile wide. Other UFOs are the size of a car.
- They make no attempt to communicate with humans. Sometimes it is almost like some UFOs are unmanned drones that are doing a land survey, and the UFO is unaware of the people they are flying over.
What If Our Governments Confirmed That There Were Extraterrestrial UFOs?
If the universe is filled with far more intelligent, interstellar-traveling civilizations:
- Would that shake your religious beliefs (e.g., why didn't God tell us we weren't alone)?
- If it became obvious that these UFO aliens refused to communicate with us; would this suggest that they believe we are too barbaric to deserve such communication?
- If these UFO aliens did share some of their technology with us; could we eradicate hunger, poverty and disease?
History will tell.

In politics, there is a rule: believe the opposite of what a sociopathic regime promises.
Thus, if a sociopathic regime promises that:
- There are weapons of mass destruction in Iraq; believe the opposite.
- The Libyan dictator is about to launch a genocidal attack against his own people; believe the opposite.
So now that Putin says that Russia will not wage war; believe the opposite.

11,000 Year Old Indian Petroglyph Drawing In Wyoming
First Drawing Of A Space Alien In North America?
Legend Rock State Petroglyph Site, Hot Spring County, Wyoming, USA has more than 300 petroglyphs drawn on a cliff. Some of these are 11,000 years old.
The above petroglyph has been named "The Alien", and it is one of the oldest petroglyphs at this site. Apart from the alien-shaped head, another strange feature of this petroglyph is that the hands in this drawing have only 4 digits.
This thumb-and-3-fingered-hand has been reported by people who swear they have seen the "Grey" type of UFO alien.
The topic of UFO aliens came up tonight during dinner with a professor friend of mine. My friend said that her deceased husband's family still owns a large ranch in Wyoming that has been in their family for generations.
In the remote center of this large ranch stands a solitary boulder. On a protected, flat side of this boulder is an ancient petroglyph drawing of what they called "the astronaut". My friend said that it looked just like a primitive drawing of an astronaut wearing a helmet.
My friend said the Wyoming Historical Society had visited this petroglyph and taken many pictures. I will contact this Society and try to get a copy of this petroglyph.
The above is another Wyoming petroglyph drawing that could be of an "astronaut" in a helmet. It is not the petroglyph at my friend's ranch. Again, what is so strange is that this petroglyph "astronaut" has less than 5 digits on its hand.
Perhaps these petroglyphs add some support to the theory that extraterrestrials have visited earth since the beginning of our recorded history.

In 1966, I worked for a few months on an Israeli kibbutz. When I returned to Canada, my family legally sponsored and financially supported an Israeli couple to immigrate to Canada and live with us for 6 months. Anyone who knows me, knows that I am not anti-Semitic.
However, I strongly oppose the state of Israel's occupation of Palestine. Since Israel may well start the next nuclear war in the Middle East; I think everyone should listen to what this son of an Israeli General has to say about Israel and Palestine - and the need for a true democracy in Israel.
