How Can Most People Now Afford To Buy A House? The Average House Price In Vancouver, Canada, is $1.83 Million
For the past 30 years, the Canadian government welcomed rich immigrants to come to Canada. This immigration policy was very successful, and more than 200,000 millionaires immigrated to Canada. These millionaire immigrants primarily invested in Canadian real estate. This dramatically increased the cost of housing in Canada's major cities. Now housing is so expensive that young Canadians can not afford to buy a house in these large cities. As a result, many young people are leaving Canada's large, wealthy cities and moving to smaller, more affordable, cities. Thus immigrant millionaires have dramatically altered the demographics of Canada's large, and now very wealthy, cities. This economically-forced mass exodus of young Canadians from their large cities was an unexpected consequence of Canada's welcoming so many immigrant millionaires. Now Canada has very wealthy, large cities that the average Canadian can't afford to live in.

American Corporations Avoid Taxes By Using Offshore Tax Havens
Many Americans Pay More In Taxes Than Do Some Large Corporations
"According to data from the White House's Office of Management and Budget, corporate tax paid for a third of the government budget in 1952. In 2014, the last year for which definitive figures are available, taxes on corporations paid for little over one tenth of the federal budget."

Rich White Women Live 10 Years Longer Than Poor White Women
Does Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Shorten Their Life?
Some researchers believe that this increase in mortality for poor white women is due to drug-related overdoses, cirrhosis of the liver, suicide, and similar types of causes.

Why Nations Need Free College Education Supported By Taxes
Sweden and Slavonia Offer Free College Education: They've Figured It Out
Administrator's Proposal:
Why not hire the best college educators to teach their courses to everyone for free online? These lectures would be recorded, and updated every few years (just like a college textbook is today).
However, to get a college degree, students would have to attend college tutorial discussion groups based on these online courses and, in science, do laboratory work. These small tutorial groups would be run by teaching assistants (as tutorials currently are conducted today at college). These tutorials would teach students how to critically assess information.
Being physically present in a college tutorial group and laboratory assignment would prevent the current academic fraud wherein some (rich, but stupid) students hire others to do their assignments, exams, and even write their thesis.
Participation in these tutorials, plus weekly supervised online exams, would determine whether the college student passed the course. Weekly online exams would be much better as an aid to learning than the current system of students cramming for mid-terms and final exams. The same number of exam questions would be asked, but these questions would be evenly spread over the weeks of the course.
The college teaching assistants would be paid the same wages as a secondary school teacher.
This proposal would make college information available to everyone online for free, and college degrees would be based on active participation in face-to-face tutorial discussion groups where students would be taught how to think like a scholar, rather than just memorize information like a computer.
