In the past (7 yrs ago) I got myself into trouble with credit card debt. Part of the problem was my travel job, and the inability of the mail to keep up with my addresses. Anyway, my brother helped me get out of debt, and since then, no more credit cards. Sometimes I miss them, but not the guilt and the hiding from the phone. What I have is what I have, much easier to see, and to keep track of.

What I do have now, is big medical bills. Not sure what I will do with them, but hope to defer them til I return to work, perhaps via payroll deduction. If I ever do get back to work, I may never be able to retire.

Procrastination is like a credit card: It's a lot of fun until the bill comes. ---Christopher Parker
