Hello All,

I'm sorry that I have not been contributing very much. I have been busy working and doing a lot of routine medical appointments that are mandatory for my health problems. It has taken up all my free time basically.

I have been here briefly but not reading all the topics. Tonight I will have to catch up.

My new grandson was born in September. I attended my other grandsons birthday party which was huge for me because I now work third shift but I managed to rearrange my schedule to make it to the party. I had to take my antipsychotic at a different time too so that I could make it there. The party was a hit for my grandson. My son hired a ballon lady that made some really cool balloons for the kids.

Work is going good. I just got finished doing 10 days straight without a day off. I made it through but it was rough. I am making some very good friends at this job. The atmosphere is very good.

I may be getting surgery in the near future for a rectocele and rectal decent. Will know more after seeing the doctor this Wednesday. I guess these problems are due to my constipation and straining

I need to talk to the new pdoc when I see her in December about what we need to do as they believe geodon my antipsychotic may be causing this constipation. I already take kaxatives but sometimes still get stopped up.

A medication which was an estrogen that they gave me to help with the rectocele started causing me hair loss which was a side effect that I was aware of when starring it but I thought I might get lucky and it would not happen to me. After being on it for 3 1/2 months my hair has thinned terribly bit I since have stopped using it and hoping that the hair thickens back up. The dermatologist told me it may take 6 months before it gets back to normal so that ordeal has me upset.

Just went for my MRI on my pancreas as I have what they call an ipmn which is a pancreatic cyst but it's a side branch ipmn. It has to be watched with a yearly MRI. That came bp back good as it has not grown since last year.

My mammogram came back good.

My asthma was not too bad this year with the fall allergies. I've been taking probiotic so I'm wondering if that may have helped with that.

The nodules on my lungs are still there and there is one that they are concerned about. It's too small right now to get a biopsy though so have to go back in December for another ct scan to keep an eye on it.

Had a problem with my feet last week which was very painful. I developed a lousy corn and under my toes swelled up. Could hardley walk but went to the podiatrist and he fixed me up. All good now. I think it was a pair of shoes that I wore causing the problem and have since threw them into the garbage.

Hubby has mostly been behaving but we hardley see each other due to working diffent shifts. We mostly see each other I. Passing and I call him every morning after work.

He has a bad problem with neck pain and the doctors are trying to figure it out.

His cancer check ups have been going well with no return of the bladder cancer thus far.

I'm still paying off my bankrupcy and only have 4 more payments to make. I am still driving the old van but after the bankrupcy I plan on getting another vehicle with a reasonable payment.

My mental health has been good and have had no problems or anxiety.

The weather is getting cooler here now and it's time to wear coats and turn on the heat. I do believe we will have a snowy winter this year.

I hope all of you are doing well

Hi Chelle

Good to see you around again.
Your grandson's party sounds like it was lovely. And congratulations on becoming a granny again

You work so hard and I hope your health problems improve so that you can do the things that make you feel good.

Big hugs

I am so pleased you remain upbeat...
no matter your health problems Michelle

It provides a lesson to us all
that a positive attitude really does work!

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch,
a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment,
or the smallest act of caring,
all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

Hi medicated and David,

Thank you for your responses.

Yes David, as long as I am able to make it to work everyday I just soldier on. Winter is my best time as my allergies and asthma stop acting up which makes things more bearable.

I hope all is well on your end

Forget seeing your old blog. That is no longer relevant. See my thread called "Can't say good bye"

Half the crew have already joined just need the remaining others who don't log in as much - we are trying to bump their posts so that they get an email.

It has a blog section on the site.

Yes Michelle I trust you give serous consideration to this proposal initiated by Hercules

From a point of view of continuing where we have left of here temporay or permanent
at this point in time is anyone's guess...

PS., However, we must maintain a momentum
if we are to stay together as a team....

I hasten to add without prejudice to our current site
that has served us well for many a year

Thanks to Doctor Long and tech guru Mark

Who has got us out of many a difficulty
in earlier times..
and who we should remain grateful for
no matter what, in equal measure, David

PS.,Further to which I say above
none of would have known of the
other's existence without first
and foremost enrolling as members
of 'My Therapy' now known as
the Psych community,
different name, same fellowship ...
for which U will be eternally grateful...
and I suspect you also.
