Only our Full Members (+) have the following rating buttons:
"Very unclear"
"I agree"
"I disagree"
"Notify administrator"
Likewise, only Full Members (+) can see any "negative" ratings that other Full Members have given a post. We do not believe that Starting/New Members should see if their posts are "negatively" appraised. However, all members can see if their posts have been "positively" appraised.
