Dear Members,

We have added a new feature to your "Mood Calendar".

At the bottom of your calendar, you can now "Rate Your Social Functioning". If you rate a problem, the three letter abbreviation for that problem is displayed next to your "mood picture" for that day in your "Mood Calendar".

Once you post your mood picture in your "Mood Calendar", your "This Month's Problems With Social Functioning" will be listed at the bottom of your calendar. This data is entirely private; other members can't see your social functioning information.

Daily rating of your own social functioning was first proposed by Benjamin Franklin in 1726. Basically we are following Benjamin Franklin's original "Plan".

You can read more about Benjamin Franklin's "Plan" at:

I find this feature to be someting that could be helpful to me, but I seem to have a problem with it as, when the questions come up the only option is "Much difficulty". Don't know if I am doing something wrong, or what. Thank you. This discussion forum seems to be well organized, and extremely helpful.

Dizzy

Hi Dizzy,

You are correct, this checklist only has one rating for each item ("much difficulty"). If you do not have a problem with a checklist item, you would leave this item blank.
