We all have anxieties but some are constant in our lives.

What are you constantly anxious about? If anything.

I am constantly anxious that I will have an attack when I need to do something simple such as getting together with friends. When I have an attack, I cannot function at all. Even talking seems to be very hard.

This causes me to be anxious constantly.

I get anxious about getting enough sleep for work so that I can function. I work in the middle of the night so everything had to be done in the morning when I get off work. Sometimes the stores don't open till 9 am so I have to stay awake until then to go.

Dr Appts too have to be fine in the mornings after work and sometimes the Appts are not fast and you are there for 2 hours.

My whole problem is that I need to get 12 hours sleep on this antipsychotic or I feel horrible and hung over.

It stress's me out and I wish I did not have to take this stuff. It's been so hard dealing with it.

Just about everything hence the reason I am
diagnosed with chronic anxiety state.

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch,
a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment,
or the smallest act of caring,
all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

PS.,
Which can be quite disabling at times,
however, (paradoxically speaking),
not so much when I contribute here.

I put that down to not having to meet
face to face..
which I find most difficult of all,
to deal with.

I am anxious about being able to pay my bills every month (let alone considering putting a penny away to be able to take a day of leave)

I am anxious about my sister having to return from england and how I am going to look after all of us.

I am anxious about never realising my potential because I am allowing people to ride my back.
