One member is misusing the "I Disagree" and "Very Unclear" button. This member has logged a phenomenal number of such votes; and these ratings are clearly inappropriate.
This weekend, we will change our software to prevent any member from excessively using these buttons.
The fairest way of doing this is to not record any member who is more than 2 standard deviations from the average in using these two buttons.
